Q. When did you notify customers of the GameDaemons shutdown?
A. Emails to all customers were sent out by February 7th, 2012.

Q. When did GameDaemons shut down the voice and game servers?
A. All voice and game servers were shut down on March 6th, 2012.

Q. I.ve paid for service beyond March 6th, 2012. Will I receive a refund?
A. Please contact billing@gamedaemons.net with your first & last name, username and your last invoice.

Q. I have auto-pay setup through PayPal. Do I need to disable this?
A. Yes. Unfortunately GameDaemons does not have the ability to disable your PayPal auto-pay. You will need to contact PayPal to disable payments.
